Question 1

How fast can you arrive?

Accepted Answer

Arrival depends on traffic, your location, weather and truck availability. Dispatch will give an estimated arrival window; it is not a guarantee.

Question 2

How much does towing cost?

Accepted Answer

We provide an estimated price range based on the service, distance, vehicle and recovery conditions. Dispatch confirms the quote before sending a truck.

Question 3

Can I tow a car blocking my NYC driveway?

Accepted Answer

Contact 311 or the NYPD for enforcement first. NYC generally requires the blocking vehicle to be ticketed before a private tow; confirm authorization and the current rules with dispatch before arranging removal.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Ask dispatch which payment methods are available for your job before the truck is sent. Do not send card details through chat or text.

Question 5

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve Bronx neighborhoods and nearby Yonkers, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle and Upper Manhattan. Call dispatch to confirm coverage for your pickup and destination.

Question 6

Do I need a flatbed or wheel-lift tow?

Accepted Answer

The right truck depends on drivetrain, ground clearance, damage and manufacturer instructions. A flatbed carries the whole vehicle; a wheel-lift raises one axle and may require dollies.

Question 7

Can you tow a motorcycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, request motorcycle towing and share the make, model and condition. Dispatch confirms suitable equipment and securement for your bike.

Question 8

Do you arrange long-distance towing?

Accepted Answer

Send the pickup and destination to dispatch. Availability, equipment and the price range are confirmed before a long-distance job is accepted.

Question 9

Will insurance or a motor club cover the tow?

Accepted Answer

Coverage and reimbursement depend on your policy or membership. Ask your provider about authorization, limits and documentation; dispatch can discuss arrangements without guaranteeing coverage.

Question 10

Do I need to stay with the car?

Accepted Answer

Usually someone must provide access, keys and authorization. If you cannot stay, agree on a safe handoff with dispatch before leaving. Never remain in an unsafe location.
